In the body, our whole being reveals itself.

Shiatsu and Core Process Psychotherapy - Nina Sternthal

I am deeply moved by the quiet wisdom of the body and the strength that emerges when we pause while remaining in motion – both inwardly and outwardly. Nature, meditation, Shiatsu, Meridian Yoga, and meaningful encounters with others have accompanied me for many years, shaping not only my work but also the way I live.

I believe that every person already carries within them everything they need for their own path. Sometimes, all it takes is a safe and nurturing space, mindful touch, being deeply heard, and the experience of feeling held – allowing the body to remember, to let go, and to reconnect with its innate capacity for regeneration and healing.

Whether through Shiatsu, psychotherapy, or Amnanda treatments, my work is an invitation to come back into connection with yourself – with your body, your inner wisdom, and your aliveness. From this connection, balance, trust, and the joy of walking your own path with authenticity and inner strength can naturally unfold.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a holistic body therapy originating in Japan and a recognised method of Complementary Therapy. Rather than focusing solely on relieving symptoms or physical complaints, Shiatsu supports the person as a whole – honouring the interconnectedness of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Physical and emotional stress can manifest in many different ways and, over time, may contribute to premature ageing and a decline in overall wellbeing.
